04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. The wagering multiplier is 20x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• va77 reserves the right to investigate an account if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Multiple members of the same household, using the same device or IP address, cannot claim the same bonus.

05 Gaming & Betting Rules

06 VIP Program & Rewards

va77's VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Each VIP tier has its own benefits, and the criteria for tier changes may be updated from time to time.

07 Account Suspension & Cancellation

7.1 User Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time. Please remember to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.

7.2 va77's Rights

va77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
